Just a few meters from our partner Hotel zum See there are lake Gioveretto and the river Plima, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. Common types of fish in this area are the marble trout, the brown trout, the lacustrine trout, the rainbow trout, the brook trout and the Arctic char. Fly-fishing and fishing here are great fun. The fishing season goes from May to October. If you want to buy a daily pass for fishing (available at the hotel) you need a license which you can purchase while on holiday (the license is valid for 10 years). If you would like, you can also additionally book our guide Dominik on request. We can fillet, smoke and vacuum pack the fish you catch, so you can take it home with you... when you enjoy the fish you will remember the special holiday you spent in Val Martello!
